Routes, dates, rates, commodity requirements, temperature requirements, and other terms must be reviewed and confirmed before service is accepted.

3. Refrigerated Transportation Inquiries

Website descriptions of refrigerated and temperature controlled transportation capabilities are general. Service acceptance depends on lane, equipment availability, commodity type, handling requirements, seasonal conditions, and other relevant factors. Do not rely on website content as confirmation that a specific shipment can be accepted or moved on a specific date.

4. Equipment and Temperature Requirements

Equipment types and temperature capabilities described on this website are categories only and do not represent live availability. Set points, continuous or cycle run requirements, pre cooling, precooling verification, seal procedures, and other handling conditions must be specified by you and confirmed in writing before pickup. Baba Transportation LLC is not responsible for product condition resulting from temperature requirements that were not disclosed, were disclosed incorrectly, or were provided after loading.

5. Pricing and Changes

Rates are not fixed by this website. Quotes may change based on lane, mileage, fuel, commodity, weight, equipment, seasonality, detention, layover, accessorial services, corrected information, or third party charges. Applicable terms will be presented through a separate quote, rate confirmation, bill of lading, or written agreement.

6. User Submitted Shipment Information

You agree to provide information you are authorized to submit and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including pickup and delivery locations, commodity type, temperature requirements, weight, dimensions, piece counts, packaging, scheduling information, and any other material requirements. Baba Transportation LLC is not responsible for delays, refused loads, additional charges, or other effects caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

7. Carrier and Service Relationships

Transportation services, when accepted, are governed by the specific rate confirmation, bill of lading, or written agreement applicable to that shipment. Nothing on this website modifies those documents or the terms of any separate contract between the parties. Where a shipment is arranged with another motor carrier, that carrier's authority, insurance, and service terms apply to the movement.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

Warehousing, terminal, cross dock, payment, mapping, communications, or other services may be provided by independent third parties. Their schedules, rules, charges, service terms, and performance are outside the direct control of Baba Transportation LLC. Separate third party terms may apply.

9. Government and Commercial Contracting Inquiries

Capability information presented on this website is for inquiry and procurement review purposes. Submitting a government or commercial inquiry does not create a bid, offer, contract, commitment, representation, or guarantee of eligibility. Certification applications described as in progress are not active certifications.

10. SMS Communications

Baba Transportation LLC operates two separate text messaging programs. Each requires its own voluntary opt in through its own checkbox on our contact form. Neither checkbox is pre selected, neither is required to submit the form, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
